Coldsores!?
I am 23 years old and had never in my life had a cold sore until the end of September. My lips have also been peeling a lot, even though I keep hydrated and keep my lips moisturized. I now have a cold sore for the third time since September. Anyone have any advice on getting rid of them and keeping them away??

Once you get one they pop up forever especially from stress and sun. I use Abreva on mine as soon as I feel it coming on. Sorry. I know how bad they suck.

Be careful who you kiss. Especially now that doctors admit that you can spread herpes even when no sores are present. I'm not saying you have an STD but cold sores are a form of herpes.

-As soon as you notice tingling, apply a small ice pack to the area, for about 5-10 minutes every half hour.
-Eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
-See doctor if you have frequent cold sores.
