There is a salad that is made with dried ramen noodles. Does anyone know what it's called?

My friend calls it "white trash salad".... the person who makes it... I don't know if that's what it is really called. I recall it having ramen noodles, shredded lettuce and various veggies and dressing. Does anyone know what it's really called and does anyone have the recipie for it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Perhaps this is it!

    Oriental Cabbage Salad

1 medium cabbage head (I used 1 bag cole slaw shredded green cabbage & carrots, plus 1 bag shredded red cabbage)

    1 bunch green onions

1 cup sunflower kernels (raw, hulled)

    1 cup sliced almonds

2 packages Ramen noodles, 1 oriental flavor & 1 beef flavor

    Dressing:

    ¾ c. oil (I use less)

    ½ c. sugar (I use less)

1/3 c white wine vinegar, or white balsamic vinegar

    flavor packets from noodles

Finely chop and combine cabbage and onions. Add sunflower kernels and almonds. Mix dressing, pour over cabbage mixture, blend well. Lastly, add noodles; mix well.

    P. S. There IS a cookbook called White Trash Cooking, but it doesn't have any salads with ramen noodles.

Easy Peanut Sauce Ramen Recipe 1 package Ramen noodles. (throw away flavor packet) 1/3 cup natural peanut butter. 1 Tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1/3 cup water Sprinkle of cayenne to taste Place the ingredients (except ramen) in a bowl. STIR WELL and microwave for 30 seconds. Cook the noodles like you normally do. When they are finished strain the noodles until fairly dry. Pour in the peanut sauce to taste. This recipe tastes like the peanut sauce noodles they have in Japanese restaurants!
