where can i store my own recipes online?
i am searching for some kind of FREE service where you can enter ur own recipes and store them online? it's BEST if they allow you to: store many many recipes, include ur own pictures, sorts alphabetically, calculates nutritional value(though this maybe be a bit much to ask!)

Not sure if you want to actually 'store' them on line or on your computer. I store all my recipes on my computer with a cooking program called Mastercook/Cooking Light. You can insert pics, it will give you nutritional breakdown, make shopping lists, & you can add your own recipes, etc. I can find everything in a flash. E-bay usually has it up for auction - cheap. There are several versions. I love the program, and made cookbooks for every catagory, beef, poultry, pasta, etc.
A free computer program to download is here (but don't think you can add pics).

I use www.allrecipes.com. I just started making my son a recipe box on there so he can access it from home. I not only added some of my recipes but, the also have a selection of recipes too. I like the fact that I can adjust the amount of servings that the recipe can make.

I would recommend recipezaar.com
It is my favorite cooking site. It actually analyzes your recipes and gives you the nutritional breakdown. Also nutritiondatapantry.com is one where you pretty much add food to you "pantry" and then use it to cook. However, that one seems like a pain to me. So recipezaar definitely gets my vote.

I have never found a free site. I found free trials, but never a long term solution. I finallly bought a program that holds them for me, and it's a b***ch to enter them all in one at a time, ingredient by ingredient. I finally gave up, created a cookbook in word, and now it's in an easy printable format. But that's just what works for me.

You probably could use my space or yahoo360 for this purpose, however you will have to do the alphabetizing etc yourself.
