I found that the meat I bought from the hypermarket spoiled and with very bad smell, what should I do?

Call the store and explain the problem. Most of the time they will replace the spoiled item.

I don't know what a "hypermarket" is, but simply take the bad meat back there at your earliest convenience and explain what happened. You should be offered a refund or fresh meat.

take it back to the hypermarket and i'm pretty sure they will apologise profusely and even replace it!
