When Eating Brie Cheese, Do You Eat the Outside as Well?

So, I'm sure you're all aware that Brie cheese has a sort of hardened outside that tastes different from the inside & has a white, chalk-like appearance. Are you supposed to eat that part as well, or peel it off?

I love to eat it, I think it ads a distinct taste. But if I ad it to a dish I will trim it. If I bake it "En Croute" a crust of puff pastrey I leave it on. Even though it is a type of mold it won't hurt you.

You can eat the rind as well as the inside. To me the rind tastes saltier, so I don't always eat a lot of it.

I eat it. If you bake the brie, you do not even notice the rind.
