I've problem seeing chinese characters in all the websites. Anyone knows how to solve?

There is no problem before I've installed Hansware. It's not the encoding problem as I've tried encoding them to Chinese traditional and many others. When I enter a chinese web, and I've encoded them to Chinese simplified or Chinese traditional, the whole pg will have such characters, eg."s³º¤@²³¤p»¡°g¬°¤F¦Û¤vªº¤". It was when I've encode it in western european then the site can be viewed but still with these unreadable words. Have I activated something or deactivated something in my computer? Anyone knows any solution?

    install chinese character support file available at microsoft.com and use regional settings install new language (require windows cd)

    Right-click in page.

    Encoding >

    Select a chinese font.
