Is wiccan really a religion?
Or is it just a silly game played by underdeveloped little girls with no date to the prom.

It's not a valid religion, I'm sorry, just as yelling fire in a theater is not valid freedom of speech and just as a marriage between two men or a man and a dog is not a valid marriage.
Our laws don't sanction the absurd, the ridiculous, the satanic and the insane and there have to be lines drawn or our entire society will fall apart.
Not everyone will be pleased, of course.

It's a religion. Sad thing is most people only see the Fluffy BS that is published... INCLUDING many Wiccans. It's Wiccans who are publishing the Fluffy stuff. There are a few honest one's out there who actually look into their religion and find out exactly where it came from.
But, as for the basics, it is a religion.

I am much more than a silly underdeveloped little girl b*tthead.
However, yes, Wicca (not Wiccan) is an officially recognized card carrying 501c3 IRS tax deduction.
You really need to get a life, hon. Maybe try dating, or getting rid of your computer and finding something more profitable to do with your life.

When my son Mike was a baby he had night terrors. Every single night around 1 am he'd start screaming, and this would go on for hours. There was nothing I could do to calm him, and he was completely unaware that this was happening. I spoke with his pediatrician about them, and she assured me that he would outgrow them in time, and that they were not harmful.
They weren't harmful to him, but they were playing a number on me. I was just barely pregnant with my youngest, and the morning sickness combined with a lack of sleep was torturous.
Early one morning I was up at my mother's, setting up for a yard sale. She commented that I looked awful, and asked if we'd had another bad night. We talked about it, not really paying much attention to the woman nearby.
She approached me and introduced herself as a Wiccan. She apologized for eavesdropping, and asked if she might pray for Michael. Now you know me, and you know I was an atheist at the time, but I told her she could pray all she wanted if she thought it would help.
She requested only his first name and birthdate, and then she went on her way. Michael NEVER experienced another night terror after that. NOT ONE.
I absolutely believe that there is something out there greater than us. I do. There have been too many times in my life that odd things like this have happened, and I just have no explanation for them. I believe that no matter your religion, there is only one God, and he hears and accepts us all.

Wicca is based on a pagan belief and Pagan's insist that paganism is a religion. Wicca also deals with witchcraft. They believe that they get or use the power from nature. I think they use the power from satan and it is no game. if satan leases his power or you use the spell's in the Harry Potter books, THEY WILL WORK. Thats why I don't understand the Christian community taking Harry Potter so lightly. There is REAL WITCH CRAFT in the books, any Wiccan knows that a spell made up will work if use in the guize of witchcraft. The Wiccans believe in the God and Godess or Gods and Godesses. They believe in good and bad witches, but since I believe that the magic is from Satan, there can be no good that comes out of Wicca. Every wiccan knows that f you put a spell on someone and they are not worthy of it, it will come back to you. Its a Christian law as well called the Law of cursing and blessing.

Wicca is a religion blending elements of most polytheistic religions, paying special note to the masculine and feminine energies of the universe.
Most of them are pretty pathetic teen girls with no prom date, but some are real.

Are you really a person? Or just a little boy playing a silly game because you have too much time on your hands?

Probably more of a classification or organization based on spiritual beliefs. Legally, it might. But, each member has their own experiences and guides.

yes, it is a religion so don't just make fun of it because it's not yours. Respect the beliefs of others because what they believe is true to them.

No, it is a Nationally recognized religion that was founded in the 1950's though most of it's practices are centuries old.

its a belief system that has further historical origins then any organised religion so if anything has more validity then others as man has followed it for longer
