No. There are doctor-patient confentiality laws. They can't say anything to your parents. But if you are that young and afraid to tell your parents, maybe there is a good reason they don't want you having sex. Not only because of the obvious pregnancy, STDs and AIDS but what about waiting for love, until you are emotionally stable (which you aren't as you are afriad to tell your parents) and maturity. You do realize the guy you are having sex with will be dumping you soon and your reputation may be at risk if he tells everyone. I don't understand why you young girls are out doing this, especially since you have so much to lose. You have the next 60 years to ruin your life and act like an adult.
