    One day you are going to wake up, shake your head, and say, what was I thinking? If you are not careful, you'll have to deal with the consequences for the rest of your life - that could be a very long time. Just don't do it anymore - that simple.

    I don't think that you can recover from brain damage if there was any.

    But you can recover from the short term side effects.
