ABSOLUTELY better for you. Green tea is the raw un roasted tea leaf, that still has all it's plentiful nutrients in tact. Anti-oxidants, weight loss through appetite decease, and it wont stain your teeth as badly as the other teas that stain worse than the blackest coffee you can get.

However...to be drinking green tea at it's most healthy state, it's just the plain leaves or tea bag and maybe some raw honey but not stuff like Arizona tea which is loaded with chemical sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup! Happy New Year!

Green tea has antioxidants, which help get rid of some harmful molecules. I recommend getting a box of Celestial Seasonings tea bags (my favorite) and brewing your own tea. It is really easy, and tastes great. One of my favorite kinds is Honey Lemon Ginseng green tea.

There are alot of benefits to green tea in moderation, but too much of it is not good either! If you take any medication, drinking to much green tea flushes your system, and your medication won't stay in your system to work!
