CALORIE BURNING??how can i burn calories fast???GOOD DOWNLOADS??

I would like to burn calories when i exercise but a lot, but I don't want it to take forever. Do you know any kind of good exercises i can DOWNLOAD on LIMEWIRE that really work???? I want to lose about 10 pounds, if i'm lucky 15. I am 125 lbs and i am 5"2.5.

What kind of exercises burn the most??

    Uh I dont know about downloading exercise moves, but the best way to burn calories is to do something high in cardio.....jogging, aerobics, fast swimming, or clipwalking are the best ones to do. You can burn more calories if you wear heavy layers like a sweatshirt and sweatpants while doing it. If you follow your workout with many repetitions of light weights, and some crunches and push-ups and stuff, you will burn more calories as well. However, weight loss only happens in tune with a good diet, so I would make sure you're only consuming 1600-1800 calories per day if you want to see significant weight loss. It might take longer for you since you're only a few pounds over your healthiest weight. The average amount to lose is a pound a week, so with proper diet and good exercise, you should expect to be at your goal weight in 10-15 weeks.

    Nothing burns more than anything else. Its all about movement and if you want something easy, that wont take forever, then maybe excersize isnt for you. Maybe you should just stay the way you are. Because honestly, to lose weight, its not going to be easy. My BIGGEST suggestion is to stay under 1500 calories per day. Watch every single calorie including what you drink. So if you are drinking regular soda, switch to diet, if you are drinking diet now... switch to water.     Any cardio work-out and drinking 8 8oz glasses of water a day will burn calories fastest.

    You don't need to d/l anything, eat a well balanced diet, sleep 8 hours, drink lots of water, and do 30-60 minutes of cardio everyday.

    The fastest exercise for burning calories and eliminating fat and turning it into muscle is swimming. Swimming uses every muscle in the body. All fat is neutralized and every muscle in use converts fats and food to muscle daily. The more you swim doing various strokes the more your body assimilates the fats and turns to muscle. It will trim you down in less than a month. Just remember to drink about 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day after swimming.

    First, you want to concentrate on your heart rate. 165 and above is the target for burning fat efficiently and quick. Second, you would want to do exercises that work a lot of muscle groups at one time. Examples: Swimming, Elliptical, or even intense weight training (low weight high amount of reps).

    eat pastas turkey and chicken these are low fat high protein foods and hey will aid in fat loss and muscle tone.

    the 3 things you need to do are

    1. situps and not all at one time like ll thorough out the day

    2 pushups. the same times as situps

    3. jog run. quite often

    these three things will raise metabolism and they will help brun off food faster and you can lose that weight in no time
