Is anyone familiar with the "Hot Sauce" diet?

I ordered the book, and was just wondering.

Hi. I'm the author of the Hot Sauce Diet. Thanks for buying the book. The diet is a real life story of my journey of behavior modification in a successful 70-pound weight loss effort.

The catalyst of the diet, hot sauce, is used as an appetite suppressant, dipsogen (makes you drink water) and aversive conditioner of bad behaviors. I think you'll enjoy reading the book. More details will be on my website (www.hotsaucediet.com) in the future. Happy reading.

it is just hype I'm sure...it is based on the theory that it will raise your body temperature therefore you will be burning more calories...maybe an extra 5 calories a week! To lose weight you have to have a calorie deficit, PERIOD. and yes, exercise & eat healthy foods.
