Question about Body Attachments?

If someone has left state and gets pulled over and has a body attachment in a different state, do they hold you or do they have to let you go since the entitlement to the body attachment was for a specific address in the issuing state?

Update:

I have seen people get issued "Body Attachments" and people get issued "Warrants". There has to be a difference.

Ok, what if it was a body attachment for failure to appear in court for a hearing (no charges)...just a review hearing?

warrents are mostly for criminal, body attachments are civil. I have never heard of anybody extradited for a civil body attachment, (I might be wrong)

I'm not sure what you mean by "body attachment". If it is a warrant, then yes they may hold you, until the issuing state decides whether to come and get you or not (rendition).
