I suggest you carry a small attache case, or something similar.

Place inside what you think you might need.

It's always better to have too much, than not enough, when applying for a job.

If you're asked, having it shows you are serious and prepared for the interview.

Also, carrying the attache case presents a more professional appearance.

  • Bring an extra copy of your resume to the interview. The cover letter to an interview is not so important, but if you are worried bring the cover letter too.

Yes take a cover letter and don't change it. They liked it enough to ask you to come to an interview. Also after you interview with them send them a thank you letter for the chance to talk to them about the position. Good luck on your interview.

You should only take your resume with you along with a list of schools and references. You don't have to take a cover letter.

To impress the ones interviewing you, take a list of about 10 questions you want to ask them about the job. Employers are truly impressed when you do this.

No, the cover letter and resume, is what got you in the door (good work). just bring a couple copies of your resume and you should be fine.

don't take the cover letter as it will waste their time reading it when they can just skim a resume. Don't change anything because it will look like you are hiding something.

Take the cover letter. Take samples of your work if any. Don't change anything.

confident confident confident! consistently carry greater desirable copies. i'm apalled while applicants look emtpy exceeded. Its shows that they didnt care to make the attempt to be arranged. in spite of if anybody already has a reproduction of your resume - you look greater advantageous in case you're waiting with greater desirable copies in case they choose something or upload somebody to the interview time table!

THEY say to, but I've never been asked for it at the interview. Better to be over prepared they may decide to do a group interview.
