What kind of doctor should I see if...?
What kind of doctor (specialist) should I see if I suspect that I might have a blood clot forming in my leg... or some other problem with my circulation?
Thanks...
T.
I have great insurance... no referrals needed... I'm allowed to go straight to a specialist whenever you want... I just have to pay $10.00 more on my co-pay. (instead of $20.00, I'll have to pay $30.00)

Just go see your regular doctor & if he suspects that you may have something like that if he isnt qualified he will send you to whoever is.. But dont waste time go soon

general doctor first. They can look at that find of stuff and sometimes treat it. The bigger question is why the clot if forming and for treatment of whatever that is, you doctor may give you are referral.

Call your regular doctor's office immediately and if it's too late visit the ER. Your doctor will advise you and you may be advised to go to the ER. This is a very serious condition so don't delay.

you just cant go to someone that specializes in those types of things. You have to get refereed to someone. So go to your family doctor and they can do that for you
