What is your opinion on felons being denied factory jobs just because they are felons?

anyone denied a job or way of making an honest living should have a website to go to for real help cause there isn't any simple answers. i to am in this dilemma everyone makes mistakes some just don't get caught. any body that says diff rent is a liar i hope not to be unemployed for very much longer it will mean the streets or a life of criminal activity and that is what is now being created. who do i charge for such a crime cant really claim discrimination help

There are so few factory jobs left in this country that the factory can afford to only hire the best of the best.

Yes, it sucks, but it is life. Stick to smaller companies and come out and admit to the felony before they do the background check.
