What are the Yahoo Answers Thank Yous?

I DID receive something at their 1 year anniversary based on my level, was that what they are talking about?  I got the impression that you should receive something every time you gain a level.

I don't know what the Yahoo! thank yous are but the only thing you get when you move up a level is an e-mail from Yahoo! offering congrads.  I'm Level 6 and here for almost a year. I've never seen anything about thank yous from Yahoo! in all that time.
