Insulin Pump Users? at bedtime what do you use to hold the pump in place while sleeping?
I can't find a website that sells a case or strap to attach to your leg or arm to hold the insulin pump. I was told you have to wear this at bedtime and should not be taken off. How do you cope with this problem? This has to be a pain in the butt. I'm a sensitive sleeper and this is gonna take forever to get use too. thanks.

What kind of pump do you have? This is one pump strap MiniMed sells: http://store.minimed.com/mmStore/application?origi...
And this place has a variety of sleeping things: http://www.uniaccs.com/categories.asp?id=2 Good choices if attaching the pump to your pajama waist isn't an option.
I know people who just leave it in bed with them, not attached to any clothing. If you have long tubing you can slip it under your pillow.
Another option is to wear a pocket T-shirt inside out and clip the pump to the pocket.
If you are having real problems sleeping with it, you could always disconnect at night and take Lantus.

When I used a pump, I used the long length tubing and I would just put my pump under the pillow. It will take some time to get used to. You will wake up all tangled up in your tubing.
Here's one thing you can do...get an old sock and put the pump into the sock. Use a large safety pin to pin the sock to your nightshirt or whatever. This will hold it in place. If you wear pj pants, you can use the belt clip that came with the pump to clip it.

I just lay mine next to me in bed. If you don't move around a lot as you sleep this shouldn't be a problem. I have heard of people sewing pockets on the the inside of their pajamas and just dropping the pump in there. Or can you put it in your waistband of whatever you are wearing?

I wear min on my hip or leave it next to me still attached (I use the long tubing)
I'm pretty sure you can still find leg straps for it.

I think you can just put it inder the pillow, or if your night stand is close enough that should reach.
