okay when any part of your body falls a sleep ( foot, hand etc)
wat do u people normaly do wake it up.

U move it around, rub it just start moving. It's gone to sleep because the circulation was cut off to that area so the blood has not been flowing as it should. That's what I've always done. Hope this helps ya.
