What does "possibly, but not right now" mean in terms of a relationship?
I have been crushing on a classmate for awhile now. After months of finally trying to talk to him, I told him me feelings. He used the phrase, "possibly, but not right now" in his response. I am not exactly sure of what that means. I am a big girl, and I'm leaning towards the side of him not being interested in me, but not wanting to hurt my feelings. Any bigger girls who have experiance with this would be extremely helpful. Thanks =)

that is your thought only unless he actually said that to you.
if you noticed that he dates solely slimmer gals then that might be a hint but its not absolute. possibly could mean anything from youre a nice girl but not interested to sometime in the future he may have some interest. dont wait around though because youll just set yourself up for disappointment if he doesnt take a chance. you cant predict the future so live for today. today he rejected the possibility of a relationship

My boyfriend has been asserting that he's not searching for something long term or severe. He does not have the opt to make a dedication. it is been almost 4 years! I advised him, sorry whether it appears like we are long term. i think of he's basically scared. besides, short term, for my section, is below 2 years with out plans of marriage or residing jointly in sight. basically having relaxing and intercourse until you alter into bored with one yet another or somebody greater effectual comes alongside.

I'm having the same problem, but I think he is either getting over a relationship or...don't take this the wrong way but, he might not be interested in you. Don't be discouraged though, there is someone out there for everyone!

WELL SWEET HEART, THE TRUTH IS HE MIGHT LIKE YOU BUT NOT THE WAY YOU WANT. SOMETIMES WE NEED TO HOLD OUR FEELINGS A LITTLE LONGER. HE MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN SCARED OR MAYBE HE SEES YOU IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT AND MIGHT NOT WANT TO HURT YOU. YOU CAN WAIT OR MOVE A LONG THATS UP TO YOU AS WELL. DONT LET IT STOP YOU FROM SHARING YOUR HEART JUST WAIT UNTIL IT IS MUTUAL. GOOD LUCK

It tends to mean that he doesn't like you in the way that you want him to and he didn't want to flat out say it. He wanted to let you down without just dropping you.

i think it's just his way of letting you down easy and i don't think that he wants to be in any kind of relatonship with you ever.
if he really wanted you, then he would be dating you now.
that's hard and i'm sorry.
it's pretty lame of him to not be completely honest and give false hope like that..
