What's up with lesbians and Subarus?

Well you see advertizers have realised that gay people spend money because they dont have children (usually) and have a more dispensible income... Now assuming your straight and or maybe without cable sabaru has a very big ad campaine targeting gays and lesbians that I have seen on the logo channel and I have to say its nice to be appreciated by a company and when they show they approve of your lifestyle it makes you want to support their brand in return...

I don't know what is up with lesbians and subarus. Maybe they are all the rage there? Better value for a car? The dealership may be the best?

My first thought was about The L Word. Dana became the "face" of subaru in the show so maybe there are that many lesbians out there that the campaign worked for hehe.

I think Lesbian women like sporty cars.. I saw a Red Montero Sport from California that had a rainbow bumper sticker, and a San Fransisco Car Dealership decal..

well, I don't know about SF, but, I don't own a Subaru....my first car was an import (a Toyota), but that was a hand-me-down from my dad. I don't buy imports. In fact, I don't know any lesbians who own Subarus.

I don't know...maybe because they are practical, economic little cars that get great gas mileage? Around here, it's the Ford Escort/Taurus varieties that show the rainbow pride.

It's not just lesbians but women with facial hair and hygiene issues also.
