Please take her to the vet ASAP - I am a great one for home treatment whenever possible, but this is definitely a case for immediate vet treatment.

You need to take her to a vet immediately. A retained fetus can cause potentially fatal problems, and she may be too worn out after 5 kittens to pass a stillborn fetus. And the last thing you need is 5 orphaned kittens!!! Please take her to the vet!

    Go to the Vet...

And tell the doctor your situation.

Then ask the doctor for some advice about things that might be happening.

Take her to the vet and have her spayed, she will die if she does not pass the kitten.
