How can you stop pain from a brusied heel?

I skateboard, and yesterday I was trying to jump this 7 ft wall and ended up kicking out the board and landing on my feet. I hit both of my heels hard against the ground, so they now both kill just to walk on. What could I do to help them heal/make the pain go away?

Yeah i have bruised my heels before. It sucks. They will take about 1 week - 2 weeks to get better. It is similar to a tailbone bruise recovery time.

Ok every other day wrap ur right foot in and ace bandage the days u dont, wrap ur left foot and use crutches but when u use whatever foot u dont have wrapped up, walk on ur tippy toes and make sure to ice it whenever u get the chance!!! also kick back and relax, it should heal faster!! maybe even get and x-ray to make sure u didn't break one of ur heals!! i jumped into my grandmas pool once and landed on my feet and fractured my left heel had 2 walk on crutches!! hope this helps and i hope that u heel soon good luck!!!

Get some padding, and make a hole in the middle, then stick it in your shoe. You might be able to buy a heel pad also. Also, just ice it at night *DO NOT PUT HEAT ON IT*. Ice 20minutes on, and 20 off.

Rest and ice. Put your feet up for awhile and get catered to.
