Okay here's a question, why do people ask questions about Jehovah's Witnesses?
and then block people's ablity to answer them?
Below is one such question but when I tried to access it I can't. What are these people afraid of?

Sorry guys if I gave the wrong impression. I am not asking about so called 'Standard Doctrines'. That was a question I wanted to answer but was unable to. It seems like they want to ask questions about Jehovah's Witnesses but don't want answers.
Once again, sorry!

"She probably blocked your access to it because you've been abusive in a response somewhere"
Not that I'm aware of. I don't think I've ever replied to her before.
The question WASN'T closed when I tried to answer it.

because these people have figured out a way of using Yahoo!Answers to make statements rather than ask questions. They ask the question, wait for their friend (or themself) to post the right answer, then chose it as the right answer. It takes 4 hours, but if you can wait that long, you're immortalized!

That happened to me a couple of times, and it was because at the same time I was trying to post my answer they were adding details, or editing their answers, so it was withdrawn for a short time, I was able to post my answer just a few minutes later. It is very frustrating though, especially when you have worked really hard on an answer, and then can't post it!
If you will notice sometimes, people add details several times throughout the time their question is open. I have also answered a question that ran out of time before I got it posted, and Yahoo withdrew it. That just happens occasionally. The more time you spend on here answering Q's, the more things like that will occur...but isn't that just like life...Of course, there are other explanations, too. I asked a question once and one of my spiritual brothers or sisters told me that I was just asking for slanderous answers, I mean, leaving myself open to them, so I withdrew my question, They were right, I had already received a few very tacky and even hateful answers. Now I am very careful about asking Q's because the last thing I want to do is to give anyone an opening to slander Jehovah or his wonderful organization! Many people will jump on any opportunity to do that!

because this is not what the Bible teaches...for example the teaching of the trinity..Definition: The central doctrine of religions of Christendom. According to the Athanasian Creed, there are three divine Persons (the Father, the Son, the Holy Ghost), each said to be eternal, each said to be almighty, none greater or less than another, each said to be God, and yet together being but one God. Other statements of the dogma emphasize that these three “Persons” are not separate and distinct individuals but are three modes in which the divine essence exists. Thus some Trinitarians emphasize their belief that Jesus Christ is God, or that Jesus and the Holy Ghost are Jehovah. Not a Bible teaching.

What makes you think that this "standard Christian Doctrine" is correct?
Why do people continually ask stupid questions of and about Jehovah's WItnesses even after we given you good and Biblical and real answers and continually put your objections down?

First, calling something a cult as opposed to a sect merely means a lack of understanding of how a cult becomes a sect and sects generate cults.
Who is at your door? And they come uninvited? So why do people ask about Jehovah's witnesses, because they have question about what was presented on their door steps.
I won't go into "standard christian doctrine", but it began with Luther.

Ummm for one thing that question is already resolved.
For a second thing Christians have no business coming against anyone here. Jesus only came out against someone when they were in the Temple of God and desecrating it. The rest of the time he taught the truth and was loving regardless of others behavoir toward Him.
Jesus also did not ever say "argue with people and they will come around to the right way" did He?

She probably blocked your access to it because you've been abusive in a response somewhere. I've blocked several people from whom I don't care to have insults hurled at me.
makemeaspark: Jesus did speak the truth, though. And he also told us to preach the good news. That was taken as "coming up against" the Jews, hence the intense persecution for the Christians then.
John 14
15"If you love me, you will obey what I command. 16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever— 17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be[c] in you.
Matthew 9
35Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.

I was wondering why when I clicked on some of the questions I got:
"You cannot view this question at this time."
Now I know!
I think they just want to post something derogatory about worshippers of Jehovah and block us so we cannot present the truth for the benefit of others who may be reading.

Jesus never taught the so called "Standard christian doctrine". Which was invented 300 years after his death.
Jesus is the Son of God. Simple.

We don't deny standard christian doctrine.
Jesus said 'I am God's Son', we believe him.
Jehovah said 'This is my Son', we believe him.
John said 'the God and Father of Jesus', we believe him
Peter said 'the God and Father of Jesus', we believe him
Paul said 'the God and Father of Christ Jesus', we believe him.
Jesus said to know the only true God, we do.
Jesus said the soul can perish and be destroyed, we believe him.
Jesus calls Jehovah, 'my God', we believe him
Why would anyone want to deny what the bible says about Jehovah and Jesus?
as to blocking answers, it is usually the one who asked who does the blocking.
or I've found the person asking has deleted their question.
