Can someone give me an example "Intent to file suit for services rendered substantially not as promised"

Please don't give me a link where I can buy a form, or simply say "ask a lawyer".

I would like to file suit for services rendered substantally not as promised and resulting damages.

    The laws and forms vary according to State and jurisdiction within a State in some cases. WIthout that information it is impossible to answer your question. If the person you are planning to sue is a member of a professional organization (i.e., Physician, Attorney or CPA) you can file your complaint with the investigative division of that organization.

    nicely, i spotted the final time i went to little caesars they raised the pizza a million dollar... it sort of feels to me caesar has it in ideas to render maxim without my help so why worry related to the applying of it? lol, there are greater appropriate places to word for a job besides. attempt pizza hut, pizza hotel, pappa john's, or domino's a minimum of ya could make education on delivery! desire this facilitates...
