Kittens if left outside, like any animal should have plenty of water, and shade. If your used to being around animals, you should be able to use your best judgement. But,considering it's a kitten and therefore has a more delicate sysytem,it probably wouldn't hurt to check on it.

They find shade as in nature they have instincts. If you have to be away be sure there is plenty of water and a spot they can hang out in. They can take alot. Just make sure you watch how they behave after a days heat. I had cats in Hawaii outside. They find a way to survive, and some days they just leave you. The only problem with outdoor cats. :) Kitten? Can u keep him in the bathroom for a bit? Inside better but they all adjust. Best of luck.

Be kind! Kitties are good at finding shade. Don't subject her to any more heat than she has to. Give her plenty of water to drink. Take her inside.
