Jello Shots??

Ingredients:

* 3 packages of JELL-O®, preferably with sugar

* 3 cups of boiling water

* 2 cups of vodka

Instructions:

1. Dissolve 3 packages of JELL-O® in 3 cups of boiling water.

2. Stir in 2 cups of cold vodka.

3. Pour into cake pan, small cups, or Jiggler molds.

4. Refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).

note:

This “Jello Shots” recipe makes:

* 5 cups of jello — in a cake pan (cut into servings after it sets up); or

* 16 portions of 2.5 ounces of jello — so each portion contains exactly one ounce of vodka. Maybe use Jiggler molds or small disposable cups.

• 1 cup water (cold)

• 1 cup alcohol (8 ounces)(cold)

Suggested Flavors:

strawberry jello - rum, vodka or vanilla twist

orange jello - peach schnapps or rum

lime jello - tequila

watermelon jello - vodka

grape jello - 1/2 vodka and 1/2 blackberry schnapps

lemon jello - vodka

rasberry jello - vodka

apple jello - buttershots

Directions:

Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved then add the alcohol and cold water. Spray unflavored cooking spray into small cups. I have found that either 2 ounce solo cups or 1 ounce souffle cups work best. Small medicine cups work fine too. Pour mixture into small cups and freeze.

To make stronger jello shots you can use more alcohol and less cold water, but be careful doing this because the alcohol can sneak up on you! Also if you are using a strong alcohol do not increase the amount because the jello may not set.

****************Amaretto Sour Jello Shots

2 (3 ounce) boxes lime Jell-O gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup Amaretto

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Make jello according to package directions.

2. Let mixture cool some before adding the alcohol.

3. Pour jello into 2 oz souffle cups, or shot glasses.

4. Chill until firm.

5. Then you down them like shots.

USE MY WAY...TRUST ME...I used to make jell-o shots all the time...and I mean all the time, I always used to plan party buses...I'll tell you the easiest way...

People really like lime or cherry for the jello flavor...I usually use Bacardi (just regular Bacardi - the clear one) or you can use regular vodka...flavored vodka works really good too...

Whatever amount of jello shots you want to make, just substitute the cold water with the liquor...

A liter of liquor is just under 4 cups of liquor...I'm not sure how many cups a 5th is...a liter is the easiest and you will have 2 flavors and plenty to share...I usually use 1 big box of lime jell-o, one big cherry jell-o, and a liter of bacardi...

Anyways, make it like I said and then the easiest way to pour it in the cups is to scoop it out of the pan with a glass measuring cup and then pour it in the little cups. I usually got around 30 cups per box of jell-o...put only about an ounce in each cup...

Be sure to get toothpicks too...all you do is mix it up really, really good and take the shot...very fun and very good...it's messy and hard to get out if you don't have toothpicks...

You can get the whipped cream in a can to spray on top...

p/s...you do NOT have to put the liquor bottle in the freezer, it can even be room temperature and you will have no problem at all...

You can either substitute the liquor for the water in the jello, or substitute it for 1/2.

get a bunch of jello (the good brand makes better jello shots)

get a bottle of vodka

i like to get flavored smirnoff...strawberry is my fave!!!

since you are making a lot of jello shots boil a whoel pot of water. follow the instructions on the jello box. you boil one cup of water and mix the packet of jello in, then you add one cup of cold water, instead of using cold water use cold vodka. make sure you mix it good. pour the jello into the cups and put them in the fridge over night!

First off make sure you put your 5Th in the freezer.

Use the cold booze for the cold water.

you wont be able to totally fill them,, maybe half way,

you will be tired of making them by the time you finish the vodka
