Heat it up with a hair dryer and slowly wipe off with a clean soft damp cloth.

WD-40 or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I love the magic eraser. It will take Sharpie permanent marker off of linoleum! But I have also used wd-40 to get black hair dye off of linoleum. And they both worked great! I don't know what wd-40 will do to the rest of the paint, so I would say go with the Mr. Clean Eraser.

I would use a strong detergent such as Sugar Soap.

Then use some metholayted spirits or bleach diluted in water.

    Don't rub too hard.

There's always euculyptus oil as well. It will remove lots of stuff like the crayon.

You may have to repaint that section after removing the crayon.

If you used satin paint finish it should not be too hard to remove.

take an old towel..... and a hot iron.... iron the towel over the crayon... the wax will melt onto the material of the towel.

don't try paint.... the wax will just bleed thru.... you could do it but it would take several coats of paint to cover the crayon.

If the paint isn't satin, semi-gloss or gloss you will have to repaint it. If it is one of those you can use OOPS, GOO-B-GONE or Magic Eraser. If you put any of those things on without the gloss then you are going to have a grease stain and then you will have to ge a primer and then paint the wall anyway.
