    It IS!!!Be careful that you know what you're playing with. WHO isn't as important as WHAT.

    If a writer, writes a book and I read it. If the book is scary or funny, the writer would be "playing" with me. For I am reading a story of his/her. This happens every day! Same thing goes with movies! We've never met anyone of them but they play with our emotions! Thats why we read or see them.

    Examples of this are over the internet. You can "play" with someone's mind and emotions using words over chat rooms.
