depends on the relationship you have with her....there is 7 of us kids, 5 of us listened and respected moms word, two chose their friends, they live horrid lives the rest of us grew up stronger people...i have kids of my own and worry to death over how a friend can destroy a family ..good luck

try to spend time with her. Go on mom and daugther dates and dad and daugther dates. Value her opinion in family decisions. respect her privacy. show her she is valued and she will value you.
