Teen mothers and cruel words that hurt and people who just dont understand.?

Teen mothers have a right to post their questions on this site, everyone acts like its such a sin *wow* they had sex, their only 15, kids themselves, when everyone does it, maybe not so young, but you all do sooner or later. They ask you for their help and all you can do is tell them what they've done wrong, when actually they already know, and you end up not helping whatsoever! They say grow up, get a life, and your full of crap and all they can do is judge you, well i think god will catch up with them sooner or later. Everything is meant to happen and whats done is done, you can't change that, so why do people put these teen moms down, when whats done is done and you just can't change that, so why do you try to make them feel bad about themselves?Destiny is in everybody's will and you can't change it at all!

So tell me why do these people put teen mothers down, when they don't understand the burden their going through, and yeah who cares they made a mistake so you make them feel bad?

Update:

Gee, i'm am so glad all of you responded, I think whats right is to stand up for teen moms, cause they also regret things they do afterwards, no need to little them, even if they do have support, you shouldn't try to make them feel bad about themselves and they are NOT idiots!

Thank you all=)

Update 2:

Like some people said to me on my last question, they tried to call me a complete idiot for explaining my situation, but thank you all for your opinions=)

Update 3:

I wasn't saying you could blame destiny for your mistakes, you make them to learn from it, everyone does, but others put you down like their completely PERFECT. God does work in mysterious ways though

Update 4:

Okay Jennifer R, you think you are so smart, my sister has 2 daughters, they are so cute and i'm so happy she had them, she was only 20, she wasn't mature, but she still took care of them, i dont think you understand the situation at all dumb hag! My boyfriend is mature as am i, you wouldnt understand if a dog bit you in the...,you seriously need to grow up and stop calling 15 year olds names. I'm not having this baby cause i am not ready and im sorry, but i don't think im getting anything from taxpayers, cause i'm not having this child and yeah feel bad for that, cause i wish so bad i could, but people like you need to get a life and stop putting people down, you're prolly goin to he.ll, you've responded to both of my ?'s and i don't want anymore of your stupidty! You don't understand my situation and i believe you have no right to go around calling people that, and how old are you?

Update 5:

Me and my boyfriend are 15, and we are actually pretty mature for our age and we love each other alot! We've been together for 13 months=) and i liked him for 3 years:), his parents aren't understanding like my mother is, if they found out we wouldn't get to see each other at all and other things i'm not getting too specific about cause it's not right to tell people that. We are in love with each other more than any1 could ever be and our love grows more everyday for one another! It shouldn't matter what age you are, what should matter is the maturity level, thats what i think. Even thought sometimes people aren't mature as they could be in some situations, doesn't mean they aren't mature. I'm happy for all the teenage mothers out there and i'm happy for the ones that proved they could take care of a baby no matter what age they are=)

Update 6:

Crap, meant to put my bf is 16 and ill be 16 in October, but you get the point

its so easy to judge someone when you havent been in there shoes...and you think that you are so much better than them because you arent/werent pg at that age nor are ur children soon to be teen parents. But honestly...who do u know is a virgin until theyre married anymore? the only difference between them and the teen mothers is that everyone sees that they had sex....because something happened...the condom broke..birth control didnt work..or what ever..maybe they just werent that smart..BUT WE ALL MAKE DUMB DECESSIONS! so why should anyone have the right to tell anyone else whats good and whats bad? i mean..getting pg at 13 is not the worst thing that can happen! and its people judinging them the way they are that makes the girls sticking their babies in a trash bag the second they are born! because everyone wants to act like those babies are abomonations! im with you...im so sick of people acting like that!!!!

Yes that is right Teen mothers have the right to post there Questions on this sight. It is a open sight for everyone with a yahoo ID.

As to every one does it yes that is right everyone does it at some time in there life but a 15teen mom they are still not able to even at that age most places have the age of consent as 16 or 18 so there is a legal issue there too. But i think most of the negative comments you have misread them most are saying not to do that with out a condom this is not us have telling you or them off so much as us being concerned about their health! what is you where to get AID/HIV the first time you ever have sex! that will kill you in time, and your chances of having a normal sex life after that will be next to Nil, yes your a human and with that a full and healthy life with and with out sex but, we are all about to show owe concern for you and your choices that you and others have made!!

while I personally have no issue with you having sex But I would have a Issue with you coming home pregnant as, and only for the one reason that is you where not having safe sex, life as you know it (breathing) in that way could be ended just because no one used a condom.

there is a few moms on this section also that was 15 or so when they had there first child, and i would think while they are understanding where the teen moms are coming from they would wish better for them as been a mom can stop a lot of things such as school, going out partying ect..

all parents wont the best for there kids (will any that care) and this is something that they would think can harm there kids life and chances of being happy in latter life.

in that country I live in at 15 you are not able to legal do baby sitting but yes you can have a child yourself that is not the best choice that they could have made IMO but that is over and done with so just move on and try to help them with the issue's that they might have

I had a child at 15... i am 18 now and my daughter just turned 3... I have heard many things from people degrading teen mothers... why? i am not sure... i do undertand that some people are hard core "no sex before your married" type of people and I respect that... I for one know that I have made a mistake of doing an inapproprirate act, but i for one know for a fact that I did not make the mistake of having an abortion... I think a lot of people don't realize how many teens go and get abortions... those are the teens who people should be downing on... no offence but if someone makes the mistake of having sex at a young age, they should deal with the consequences... at least I did... also, motherhood doesn't start at any certain age... like someone had mentioned, they know young moms who are better mothers than older mothers... my mom had me at an older age and don't get me wrong, i LOVE my mother because she's amazing... but sometimes its really hard to relate to her because shes so old fashioned... at least when my daughter is 15 and going through hard times, i'll be able to understand her better... teen moms are usually amazing women! At least for my experience, I use my daughter as inspiration... she inspires me to be a better person... not to bag on britney spears (because i kind of can see where she is coming from) but take a look at her... she was... what? 20 something when she had her kids... oh and she was married too... look at the type of mother she is?! I don't think it matters what age you are when you have a kid just as long as you know how to raise that child and you give that child all the love in the world that you can give!

You are on yahoo answers and you are asking for "our" opinions, and some opinions you are not going to like. I have nothing against teen mothers as I was one myself as I noted in one of your other questions. It is how you approach this teenage motherhood that matters most, are you going to straighten yourself up and be a good mom or just be another statistic? Is the idea of abortion playing in your head simply because you are not mature enough to accept reality and responsibility, this is what it means to be mature. You say you are very mature for your age and I would like to point out there is no such thing and can use your own questions and responses to prove this. A mature person would never consider murdering an innocent life because they screwed up, a mature person would never put their "lovers" future before an unborn baby with the possibility of abortion instead of him getting a job to provide for the family he has now created, a mature person would not be here looking for real advice on this very serious matter-they would be talking with their parents, talking with a doctor, talking with a counselor, have you talked with any of these people? Maturity does not mean you have sex and think you can make adult decisions, it is the ability to make appropriate choices on a whim and not fall into peer pressure and popular clicks, which you have already done. Maturity is the ability to think of the needs of another and not yourself. I wish you the best, I hope you have a happy healthy baby and keep it to raise or give it to a family that would see the child as a blessing.

Yahoo answers is not the place to come for pity.

Source(s): So, you are willing to kill this baby because if your parents found out you were pregnant they would not allow you to see each other? Oh my, I am absolutely astounded at your selfishness, immaturity and the lack of reality in your mind. You have a brain and a heart, why not use them? I thought you told me your parents knew you were pregnant?

Well, that was a little overwhelming but a few of the answers to why people put teenage mothers down are: The are not physically or mentally prepared to take care of themselves much less a helpless infant, they want and expect the government and the school system to feed them, clothe them and provide medical services that middle class people can't get or afford to pay for. Babies bor n to teenage mothers are often born too early, with life long health problems or with major birth defects that drain public health resourcesTheir children are often born into poverty, drug use and alcoholic situations. Teen parents usually make the same mistake over and over again, then meet someone new and dump their no longer convienient and cute child on their aging parents and grandparents to raise. The list goes on and on. The key is , sex carries with it, responsibility. That responsibility means providing food, clothing a roof an education and love to the child you bring into this world . That means you don't look to the government, your aunt, your mom, your grandma to raise it for you, and hopefully you give it a better chance to live in this world than you had yourself.

If what was reported in the Press is correct, was it a kidnap, when the mother alledgedly knew about the event, and Shannons whereabouts all the time? That is a sad situation for any parent to allow such a situation to take place. Then to string out the 'agony' of a worried and concerned parent. Please - get real. I'm not condoning deliberate reactions such may have resulted, but you can hardly blame people for wondering what kind of family this child belinged to. There are no small, or little crimes. A crime is a crime. Kidnapping - Perverting the cause of justice whatever!! How many serious crimes did not receive adequate response from the overstretched police service, during the investigation into a scammed event?

You are right, what's done is done, however, take this from experience of being a Mom at age 16. I have grown up since having my daughter who is now 11, being constantly judged by others. But I've also learned to use that judgement to better my situation and to push myself as a teen by working, continuing with my education, and being the best mother that I am able to be in order to prove all those people wrong. I do agree that everyone makes decisions in their lifetime that are regreted, however, you only use those regrets to better your future. Don't ever let anyone make you feel bad about your decisions. We all make poor decisions in life, and you're right, God is the only person to judge those decisions.

It is great you want to stand up for teen moms. They need support and encouragement. They also need to know how to prevent this from happening again. If you are really concerned for teen mothers you will stop your ranting and listen to the advice being given from everyone. We are not here to judge, we are answering your questions for advice. Abortion is not birth control. If you are not ready to be a mother, and most 15 year olds are not, then stop having sex. Sex is for mature grown ups and not little kids. The way you speak in your questions proves you are just a young teenager and not ready to handle such a big responsibility. Nevertheless, this child does not deserve to die because he/she was conceived in a monent when 2 poeple were clueless and irresponsible in their actions and selfish in their desires. Maturity is the ability to think beyond what you want and be able to chose what someone else may need!

I agree with you. I think people put teen mothers down because of the same reasons everyone thinks of of they're still kids themselves, kids shouldn't be having kids, the didn't finish their lives, they're not emotionally prepared to take care of a child, the baby was a mistake etc. The people who think like that are probably the people who waited to be 40 to have baby because they wanted to be ready. The truth is, no matter at what age you have a baby, being a new mother,no one really knows what they're doing but maternal instincts kicks in mo matter how old you are.
