Us americans can't get what we deserve out of the IRS BUT.......?

I'm sure that if you do call ICE or what ever agency handles illegal immigration... it will be done anonymously. Ask them that before hand. If they say that no one will know who called on her... then go right ahead & do it. If they do let the person know (which I doubt), then don't say anything.

P.S... Report the company that has hired her also!!! Do this in the name of "all" American citizens that are fed up with illegal aliens getting the benefits we wouldn't be able to get in their country.

I don't think you have much of a case here. If your as pissed off as you say, report her. But be honest enough to admit the payoff to your benefit as well.

What did your husband think she was going to pay, or does he not know. Either way your in a pickle jar and you don't like the taste.

Please understand I'm not being smart but did you read the post. You talk about people that are suppose to be family,

in the third person. That's an awful amount of anger to be boiling inside any person.

Only you know the rest of this story, has she bought or supported the kids or your family in any way. I noticed that you said you are not and have not worked. This is some thing you will have to be honest with yourself about. I say rethink this maybe you got the short end this time, but you were in on the deal. Next time speak up and get what your worth or say no thanks, I don't want to be involved.

If you would please take a moment to hear the words you are using. Even if some one was a Mexican or illegal, just in the sake of being human calling them and in this case yelling isn't going to calm a "conversation". Most will react to anger with the same be civil, your children are learning from you and their family.

If she is claiming Mexican children who live in Mexico on her tax returns as dependents, she is committing tax fraud. Claiming your child is also tax fraud. You and your husband should be claiming your child on your tax returns.

You and your husband could possibly be considered as her conspirators by allowing her to claim your child by the IRS.

Report her and save yourselves.

Tax evation is tax evation even without the immigrant issue.

You should inform the IRS and also tell them that "her son" has a temper.

Report her anonymously and no one will ever know. Also, report her to other people who will also report her.

If you didn't pay in, you don't get anything back. You got exactly what you deserved back...and your mother-in-law was being generous.
