Worrying is based on fear it's an emotion set up by your own consciousness thoughts about a situation. If you can change the way you see a situation and strive to see the perfection instead of the fear then you can change your consciousness thought and therefore changing the emotion. Yes I know, this is easier said, then done and not by any means have I mastered the art of not worrying,I'm a mother, but I do believe your answer lies in change of thought.

This has worked for me -----------> I allow myself a set time and place to worry. For instance, I give myself 30 minutes a day to worry, fuss and fume uninterrupted over a personal issue. Same time every day. If i start to think about it at any other time, I tell myself "stop, the time for worrying is......(insert time)" and then go back to focusing on my day.
What I found was, after a few days of this, I will then begin to use that 30 minutes to SOLVE it with a specific action, or make a decision to let it go!!
