Vauxhal Cavalier Problem, I keep getting the check light flashes when i am on a fixed speed?
I have a 95,I dunno what is wrong, the car is accelarating as usual but when staying on a fixed speed after accelerating i found the yellow check error is displayed for less than a second and then disapears, I went to alot of mechanic centers but they have there tech 4 not working where I cann't find the exact fault
If you know any reason please let me know, i am thinking about a sensor problem specially that my RPM is lower than average
I drive with 160 KM/H with RPM >3000

The check engine light sets an error code in your car's computer that remains even if the light goes out. Ask the mechanic what error codes were read out of the computer since you paid them to do that. That will give you an idea of what's causing the light to come on. Your car uses the OBD-I emissions error codes. The OBD-II emissions codes started on 1996 and later cars. A throttle plate and body cleaning is an inexpensive maintenance item that may help your low idle and check engine light problem.
