Trying to get pregnant?

Ok i am in the same boat maybe a little in front

I had the HSG done 3rd Sept it hurt like hell. Then I bleed for 4 days. Saw Gynaecologist on 7th Sept. Prescribed Clomid 50mg per day from day 2 to 6 of cycle. Taking my 3rd tablet tonight. So Iam hoping for good news soon. I also had the scan and have PCOS. Tubes were clear on hsg. You will be fine. Let me know how you are doingXXX

clomid yes and maybe provera if your period needs a jump start. Clomid id the drug of choice first because it works in most cases and because of the limited and few side effects, apart from multiple pregnancy there isn't much else that can go wrong with this particular drug. (one other side effect is over stimulation of the ovary but you just stop the drug for a cycle then start again). It has worked for me 4 time I now have 2 beautiful children, though I have had 2 miscarriages but that is part and parcel of ttc.

have you had an ovary scan as well ? if not you might have this first, and any other blood tests, they might need (i had loads when first diagnosed with pcos unsure what all of them were though) if your not ovulating you prob will have clomid as this is the first route they seem to go down, i have polysistic ovary's, if you don't ovulate it might be this google it and see if you have the any of the other symptoms.

some of the symptoms are:

prone to gain weight

irregular or no periods

hairier

please google it for a full list of symptoms though.

Hey, you have noted that you are not ovulating, next time when u visit your dr. ask him for a transvirgina ultrasound to see if your ovaries are good, that there may not be any cycts on it, I have pcos and was perscribe clomid to help me ovulate, but it didn't, now I am on Met & clomid, I hope it works this month

What do you mean by saying "your fella won't leave you going with another guy"?. It's you who is not ovulating.

Just try try try.......

If that doesn't work, and if you both are ok, then you can for inseminization of a another ova with your guys sperm......

If that doen't work, yry adopting.

do you need a hand? its a known fact that strange sperm is more likely to get you pregnant, and mine is very strange, its orange lol, honest its true, strange sperm will get you pregnant
