how to file a mdot complaint?
I would like to know how I can contact mdot to file a complaint about the construction being done on I94 in michigan. They have a lack of signs posted as to lane closures and I have been late for work 3 times this week as they have randomly chosen times to close down specific lanes. One day they are open, one day they are closed and it is never posted which days the lanes will be closed. I am just curious who i can contact about this. I have been to the michigan government website, but their complaints for mdot are for transportation services only. I am confused, is this who I file through or is there another area?

When I asked Mr. Evans if he could ask his drivers to stop starting those trucks at such ungodly hours and that those trucks frighten me, as well as, break my sleep; in addition, I also asked if he could have the drivers park the trucks somewhere else if they have to travel before 5 or 530 am. He said that they travel at that time to get pass the MDOT cops with the over-loaded trucks traveling to Greenville and Rosedale, MS. Is it possible to set road check-points at that times of the hour. unfortunately, I can t give you the exact days, because they vary. PLEASE HELP ME.........PLEASE! thanks.

I've worked for a state DOT for 20 years, complaining isn't going to get you to work any faster.
