Should I study pharmacy or medicine?
I am a junior and I don't know what should I study. I thought that I would like pharmacy (and have volunteered in the pharmacy department and got a pharm tech cert.), but I don't really like the stuff that I learn in my toxicology class (I am gonna take a pharmacology class next semster and see what happens there). I find that physiology and other biology stuff are more interesting than the stuff that I learned in my toxicology class. However, wouldn't it be too late if I wanna study medicine? I mean, I am a junior and I havent volunteered in any medical office or something like that. Or should I just stick to pharmacy?

Your pharm experience is sufficient as far as volunteer experience goes. It's better than a lot of the volunteer experience most people get.
Your current course work won't be wasted, as it'll count toward your total credits. If anything, I'd do the biology courses during a summer semester and take the chemistry and physics courses during normal semesters. The MCAT is geared more toward these sciences than biology. http://www.columbiareview.com/htdocs_v6/mcat.html
Even if you take your time and have to go another 3-4 semesters, it's no big thing. You won't be the first or last to do it.

I even have an ex that is unquestionably studing pharmacy over drugs. He became going to be an ER checklist, replaced his recommendations to pharmacy by way of fact he certainly labored in a pharmacy collectively as he became in college. He ended up liking it, the interplay between the folk and the pharmacist. It became a kinfolk own pharmacy so it became diverse. every physique knew every physique. Like residing in a small city. i will see what attracted him.

My mom works with a lot of pharmacists (she sells OTC drugs), and they say it is a really boring job. They say that all they really do all day is count out pills and fill prescriptions. From what you said, it sounds like you care about what is interesting, so you might want to consider a career in the medical feild.
But talk to doctors and pharmacists, don't take my word for it!!
