Aren't you sick of the status quo of the past 5 Presidents?

Why won't you vote for a true Patriot like Ron Paul?.....This guy stands for individual rights like no other president has in the past 140 years...Do you want a President that will lead the country based on what the Constitutional framework intended? Have you felt truly 'free' lately? Can you recite the Pledge of Allegience and believe every word in your heart?...are you a patriot?

Who can lead the country into a worldly-respectable country again?

Yes! No true Patriot would ever make it! Ron Paul would be a start, but only that! A small step in a bigger process of taking back our government. Unless Ron had some support in one of the other branches of Government he would not be able to do much. The deck would be staked against him as it where. Both other branches of our beloved Union being obligated directly or indirectly to the partisan two party system that has so permeated our political system of government. Unless we can systematically elect a majority in congress while electing a president and vice-president who are were on the same page. Like that will ever happen! Then I fear we might already be to late. Those that hold the chains of true power will not give it up with out a fight. Peace!!! Love!!! Health!!! Harmony!!!

I love Ron Paul on his domestic positions. The only problem is some of his foreign policy positions just aren't realistic. The fact that we are the lone superpower makes it impossible to be as isolationist as he advocates. No I don't like the war in Iraq. Yes I would like our troops to come home but the reality is that right now they need to stay where they are. Ron Paul pledges to pull them out immediately. I respect his reasoning but I don't think that is an acceptable error for the president to make. I do think he's an honest guy and means to do what is best. I really do like his domestic ideas though. If he could hold that thought while at the same time have a better understanding of the Muslim Supremacist threat with a good strategy of combating that threat he might have a chance. He doesn't have as good a chance as Perot did with his current foreign policy recommendations. Too bad.

Status quo is a term I wouldn't exactly use for GW Bush, Clinton, GH Bush, Regan, and Carter. But in terms of future direction for the US, why would Ron Paul be the best candidate? Just because he is the only guy out of a crop Republican Presidential candidates that we should get out of Iraq. Plus I want a president who is a better speaker than I am. Ron Paul has always come across as weak and shaky in his responses to important national questions. Also when allegations that KKK members support your campaign, you know you will have problems.

I am not sure what a "true" patriot is, but I would hazard to guess that most Presidents, past and present, have been patriots. If that were the only qualification, there would be a lot of eligible candidates.

As for a President who would respect individual rights, I would hazard to guess that your familiarity with the Constitution is a bit thin. May I refer you to, among other provisions, the ninth amendment?

    Cheers.

Is there any way we can re-elect Ronald Reagan again? I mean even dead he is bound to do better than Bubba did and George W. has done.
