Can I take my cat into Canada?

We will be going for just a day or two. She rides along in the Semi and we have to deliver a refrigerated load. Will she need vet paperwork to cross the border?

Hi there... Domestic or pet cats over the age of 3 months may enter Canada if accompanied by an original valid rabies vaccination certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian which clearly identifies the cats and states that they are currently vaccinated against rabies. The certificate should identify the animals as to breed, colour, weight, etc., and indicate the name of the licensed rabies vaccine used (trade name), including serial number and the duration of its validity (up to three years). Please note that if the duration of validity is not indicated on the certificate, it will be considered to be valid for one year. There is no waiting period imposed between the time the animal is vaccinated for rabies and the time the animal is imported into Canada.

Actually they state that they need the rabies vaccination but each time i travel with my cat they never even take a look at my papers and not even bother checking my cat. And that goes for going into the u.s.a or canada.
