don't do anything crazy... like getting drunk mid-workweek and dancing on a table, giving someone the opportunity to take facebook pictures of you!!!!

Keeping a low profile means don't do stupid! Sitting in a corner doesn't mean low profile. Just be responsible, caring and willing to do your best.

Be genuinely humble, do good, solid, and competent work, and don't blow your own horn, accept praise graciously, don't do drugs, drunkenness, porn, gambling, or sex addictions, don't wear wild ties, don't be too personally revealing e.g. as to your membership in the CFR or belief in the Spaghetti god, etc., don't take extreme positions on politics and religion, in fact avoid the topics when possible, avoid placing whoopie cushions on your colleagues' chairs, keep a positive mental and emotional attitude, a sense of humor and perspective, take pleasant walks in Nature, garden modestly, and pray fervently to God in private, and read Scripture as you'll benefit and maybe even need it :-)

You might enjoy "The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis, "Expecting Adam," Martha Beck, Ph.D., "Mindset," Dr. Carol Dweck, "Hidden Camera," Zoran Zivkovic (it's about surveillance and manipulation), "The Soulless One," Mark Prophet, and "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton.

    cordially,

    j.

Don't wear the helmet of a Roman Centurion. The helmet will only serve to draw attention to yourself. You may wish to stick to more subtle head wear, like an oversized sombrero, for example.

don't give out information about yourself not even on the net, don't be caught in photographs unexpectedly, don't give out your phone number, social security card, address to anyone unless necessary. Don't break the law. Then you will be just a shadow somewhere in a corner, sounds rather dull to me.

I think it must be hard for a midget to have a high profile. So, the answer to your question must be yes.
