    You just have left too many questions unanswered: Why do you want to sue? What for? If you want to force some next-of-kin to reimburse you, what was your damage? In your home? depends on who he or she was to you. Visitor? Tenant? Relative? Total stranger? Mentally ill? terminally ill? In your presence? Did you discover the body? When did he or she die? Too many unanswered questions to begin to answer this question. Too hypothetical. Sorry. You have to be more specific.
