I have to keep track of 5 checking accounts. Money going out, money coming in and I may have to issue 1099s for health care aids. I have heard that the software does not necessarily transfer the data to the online very well. Oh....... How I wish I knew what I was doing... Thank you for your thoughts.

Do you believe the talking heads that we may be headed to a second recession? Yes, if you have stocks and a stock based retirement plan it could be a problem. But. . . . I see ordinary folks going about there business as ususal. And I believe that powerful wealthy interests would do anything to get their way, including hurting the economy, to get our President out of office.

Do you think we are in a recovery? I think there is going to be a back lash against the physical tea party conservatives and that the economy will turn around with another stimulus and effort on part of the American People to buy Made In The USA.

Stroke Victim, my elderly cousin needs a device where by you type letters and the device says the word. It could be a toy or I can get her a computer if there is a software program that would do this. All she says is "NO" for yes, for no, for everything. She had a stroke 15 years ago and she has not improved in a long time. I went to ToysRUs yesterday but I did not see anything.

My neighbor has built a huge house and is asking for an variance. A variance in this case means that he has or will cover more of a percentage of his lot than the Town allows.

I looked at the "plot plan" at the town hall and it says the property line is at least 2 feet over what I believe is the property line. I will try to prove I am right by using the title or deed in the Town records office. I know I have a 50 foot front and I believe has 50 or less but his blue print shows 53 feet across.

I just don't know how his surveyor and builder could made such a mistake. The property line has been an issue since they moved in 10 years ago.

What are the implications of his plans, and the zoning office apparently accepting it? Do I just write a letter to zoning and ask that the variance he is asking for to build a porch and and two car garage is not fair because it ruins the view completely for his neighbor on the other side and that I don't want him to go up on the porch 30 feet, and it ruins the "feel" of the neighborhood. No one else is that close to the road on the whole street.

This is very disturbing as he has bared false witness twice. Once saying the the other neighbor who lost her view, did not mind the porch as he asked me to sign a letter saying it was ok with me. And secondly he told my roommate that his property comes over another three feet into my land.

He must think I am very dumb and unable to defend my rights. He is very rich and we are very poor and don't have money for a surveyor... but some how I will hire someone. I am upset.

What are these implications? If his plot plan has been accepted does he have a legal right to claim my property? Do I have any rights to sue for the cost of a surveyor either against him or the town or the surveyor that did his plot plan. We live near Long Island Sound and the view is valuable.

I wish I could fight fire with fire. I hate the racist, low brow emails a frendenemy continues to send me. I told him we don't agree and are thrilled with the Democratic Agenda this administration is working so hard to enact. I think that these people are Fox News only listening, racist idiots who cry less government and would never give up there Social Security or Medicare.

Is there a Cable to connect VGA computer port to an HVI or HDMI port on the HDTV?

Hi! How do you connect a VGA port to a HVI or HDMI slot on the HDTV? I have a Dell Computer that does not have a slot for a vidio card to connect a HDMI port. The windows are single pain, old and leaky; the appliances are from the 1960's and 1970's ie refrigerator, hot water heater, dryer and washer and the Air conditioners are from the 1970's and early 1980's. Our family liked to fix things so everything needs to be replaced with better energy star technology.

So... where should we start? Which improvement would give us the biggest Bang for the Buck? Thanks for your suggestions.

Come on all ready!!! He knows what is at stake. Let's get it done. To build a new economy we need the industrial infrastructure. With out saving the American Auto Manufacturers, I fear the economy will never recover.

It feels like the municipalities are trying to increase revenues and are knit picking on everyone. I have even heard of a person who was ticketed for loitering in front of his own house. $100 ticket three times. His mother went to court and won once, the other two times it was just too much trouble. Other crazy stuff.

Once we know who will be our next President, will the act of making a decision bring stability to the world economy? Personally, I think it will. I think the US is like a Great Ship being tossed around in the bay with out a rudder.

Is there a way to make someone your legal brother or sister, after all parents have passed away.

A fellow rented a room in my home for a short period of time and then committed suicide in my home. I am emotionally messed up from finding the body and it has ruined my enjoyment of the property in which I have lived for 40 years. There are also monitary damages to property value and good relations with my neighbors. This man's estate will win 10 million dollars in a sex abuse case in which his suicide will be the final proff that he was adversly affected. By the way, after all we have been through, cops corinors newspaper articles, the family suggested we might return some rent.

There is no appreciation for our kindness to him after an arrest. And no appreciation for what we have been through. Also it was agreed that the person who actually paid the rent would insure that I would not need to rent it again for at least 5 month. Not a lease just a verbal agreement.

Please, I am not heartless. I am affected by this act of violence. Legal opinions welcome.

I am looking at 20 in gas ranges. I have run across only a four consumer reveiws.

Two were bad. One maufacturer was felt to just allow their name to be placed on the stove while the quality was not so good. And the other said that their stove broke in just after a year and they would not recommend that brand.

I can't remember which brand it was.

Do you own one of these brand stoves? Do you like it?

Thank you for your help. I would much rather listen to someone who bought an appliance than someone who is reviewing an appliance who may have been paid by the manufacturer or someone who is trying to sell it.

Ok, They will try to sell your loan. Can they demand payment in full (call the loan?) Are there any legal protections from the government.

What will be the effect on the Economy? Are we looking at another "bail out" like what happened with the Savings and Loan Scandal in the 1980s brought on by deregulation???

I am afraid to go to the hair salon because of a few bad experiances. Once they were so busy that the girl left me for at least 1/2 hour too long under the color lifter, when I use to dye it blond. That time it came out gray. Then, (It was very expensive doing my hair at the salon) so I did it myself for about a year and got so discussed with my hair I cut it to about 3 inches of my head. (Did a Britney Spears) It now has about 3 years growth and is long, (yes, I do get it trimmed regularly).

I use Temp Hair Color like Natural Instincts. Some of the over lap dye has made it kinda muddy or too dark in the middle of my hair and I want to take it out to dye it to a light reddish brown or blond. I wanted to try Colorfix, but, I am afraid of damaging my hair.

May be I should try Colorfix just on the lower part of my hair for less then the recommended time, to minimize damage.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
