Do you believe the justice system is fair for the little guy? ie traffic tickets etc.?
It feels like the municipalities are trying to increase revenues and are knit picking on everyone. I have even heard of a person who was ticketed for loitering in front of his own house. $100 ticket three times. His mother went to court and won once, the other two times it was just too much trouble. Other crazy stuff.

no its not fair for the little guy. Look at Brittney Spears.. she was in a hit and run and wont take a plea for a years probation and a 150.00 fine. She wants only a 10.00 fine.
