Why you do not stop at Red Signal as you spot no policewala around?
When we will understand the traffic rules? Why people throws pathetic smile on a person who is waiting for Green Signal where there is no policeman?

When people don't understand the rules, they need to be enforced by the pollice. The penalty should be big enough to discourage this behavior. In some European countries, pictures of licence plates are taken with automatic cameras mounted on traffic light poles and sent to owners along with a ticket. Imagine how much money police departments would get if we implement this in India!!

You have to stop at a red signal, in India may be the rules are different but here in the United Kingdom we have to stop even if there is no Police Officer about, there is always the camera mounted on the traffic signal which will get your number late and you will probably get a fixed penalty notice through the post in a few days.

i dont stop and i am not guilty about it, we are given poor quality roads, the public transport is pathetic, the money meant for roads is eaten up by politicians and beaureucrats, even if roads are made they develop potholes in a year.
why should we follow rules made by government, if the government doesnt do anything for us?
