6 month mass building workout plan????
Well its the new year and my resolution is to try to stick to a workout plan for at least 6 months. Im currently in pretty good physical condition but am trying to gain more mass in my upper body. Can anyone give a good workout that I can follow for 6 months every other day? It would be greatly appreciated. oh and keep in mind im not looking to become body-builder status. I just wanna get bigger and look good =)

Well, I would recommend first buying a book or magazines that give you different options for bodybuilding and different options for the choice of workouts. I would gladly tell you, but it is much better to read it from a book since the information is very "plentiful". I will just tell you right now that you want to do 3-4 sets (that does not include the warm-up) with 65-85%of your max. Also, you want to do between 8-12 reps for all your sets (again, not including your workout). Then, use a 3 second count when you are on the negative part of your lift, and a 2 second count when you are returning to the starting postition. Also, always have a split routine, never total body.
