Well its the new year and my resolution is to try to stick to a workout plan for at least 6 months. Im currently in pretty good physical condition but am trying to gain more mass in my upper body. Can anyone give a good workout that I can follow for 6 months every other day? It would be greatly appreciated. oh and keep in mind im not looking to become body-builder status. I just wanna get bigger and look good =)

In a movie, Is sex/nudity less of a emotional threat then gruesome violence? It just seems that alot of parents these days willfully allow their teens to watch extremely violent movies but tend to restrict them from watching anything with sexual themes or nudity.

What are your thoughts on this?

Im looking for some good russian contemp. rock.

The cleaner it is the better because, although im still learning russian, I dont know enough to make out most of the words and I dont want to be blaring russian curse words in front of my little russian neighbors.

I have been having this problem for quite some time now and its getting frustrating!!!

Every time i try to save a picture from the internet I can get as far as actually being able to hit save on the file, yet when I hit save an error pops up and telle me that "firefox has encountered and error and needs to close, were sorry for the inconvenience"

I have been working out off and one for about 5 years now and have developed some what of a well formed body.

However I find it hard to keep this up due to lack of a real routine. I just kind of wing it most of the time.

I was wondering if any of you smart yahooanswers people would be able to help me with this?

The equipment I currently have at my disposal is a weight bench with a lat bar, and a preacher curl attachment. Along with this I have an olympic bar with 300 lbs to it.

and weekly routine would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

My backyard lawn has pretty much died over summer and I was wondering what steps and what materials would be best for regrowing it because its nothing more then a layer of dead grass.

I just noticed a patch of fur (maybe 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch) missing at the base of my chuahuahs tail.

I was wondering if anyone knew what it could possibly be?

or should I just take it to a vet?
