upper body mass building workouts help.?

I have been working out off and one for about 5 years now and have developed some what of a well formed body.

However I find it hard to keep this up due to lack of a real routine. I just kind of wing it most of the time.

I was wondering if any of you smart yahooanswers people would be able to help me with this?

The equipment I currently have at my disposal is a weight bench with a lat bar, and a preacher curl attachment. Along with this I have an olympic bar with 300 lbs to it.

and weekly routine would be helpful and greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Here's the plan I followed when I was a body builder:

If you combine this workout with HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio, plus sound nutrition, you'll see amazing results within 90 days. Since you're already fit, it'll probably only take you 30 days. For more information, you should purchase the book Body for Life.

Chest-Bench Press, Incline, Pushups(add weight on your back if you can do more than 20).

Back-Underhand lat pulldowns(close grip), one arm pulldowns(wrap old towel around bar at center and pull down).

Barbell rows, deadlifts, clean and press.

    Shoulders-Push Press, Shrugs.

Legs? Squats, Front Squats, Thrusters(Shoulders and Quads).

    Do twice/three times a week--The whole body.
