Does anyone remember CIA investigations prior to 9/11?

I was quite shocked to hear about the treason committed against the female CIA agent (and other CIA agents) trying to get to the bottom of the "weapons of mass destruction," prior to 9/11.

www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/10/17/60minutes

This CIA agent's husband was a political reporter who knew the propaganda behind the WMD spoken of by this present administration. When her husband wrote the truth in an article, her CIA status was made known publicly, violating her safety, and rights, and could be considered to be treason. It seems when one doesn't agree with certain policies, one pays the price one way or another today in America.

Aren't convinced yet? I welcome you to click onto National Public Radio regarding the lies handed to the American people about Pakistan:

I agree with what you're saying but I'm not sure what your question is...The CIA has always been shady. They just used to do a better job at hiding it.

That's kind of old news, although the Bush apologists will insist that none of it's true.
