are there laws requireing a business to maintain certain temperatures in Illinions?
I am asking this question because my wife works at a doctors office where the HVAC has been oin the fritz for months, and the thermastat is broken so it ranges dramatically from cold to hot.. see they let it get very cold, then they monkey with it to get the heat going, but then it doesn't shut off, when it gets WAY hot they then monkey with it to get it to shut off and this repeats over and over... the temperature swing is easily 40 degress, are there any laws regulating the lowest, highest, or swing in temperature?
