It's really tough.
Sounds like you need to take a break.
get away from the computer, get what you need to get done in order.
relax, and get to it.

Take it one project at a time. Make a list on the things you needs done, perhaps start the easiest to warm up and than keep the momentum. If you get stuck take a break from that assignment and move on to the next. You can create a scheduled with realistic goals. Looking at one project at a time rather than all of them will get you over that overwhelming feeling.

I wish I knew the answer...I am the same way,,,and always was,but for some reason I get things done almost always on time with no mins to spare...I think I just get an adrenalin flow and get going when I know I have No other choice. I find I do things much better when I don't have time to make decisions on whether or not to choose different choices etc...GOOD LUCK...maybe only medication will help us....

How many classes do you have that you have over a couple of hundred assignments. Maybe stop exaggerating and realize a couple is not a couple hundred. Sit down and do one assignment at a time. And i am serious stop exaggerating about things that's just an excuse to feel over whelmed and not want to accomplish your duties. Be true to yourself.

1) choose to do the work
2) set a time you will start
3) get a place to work without distractions (solitude & quiet)
4) do everything that you want to do instead of work
5) force yourself & go sit behind the books and work
6) any thoughts of other things to do (distractions)... write on a paper to do after you are done working
Good Luck :)

Start small do one or two things as soon as you wake or get home then increase to three or four. Reward yourself for followingthrough with tasks. Ok

Make you a list and tell yourself that you are not doing anything else until you have at least finished half of your list. You have to have the will power for this and if you don't have it then you never will.
